Maybe I'm a wee bit superstitious to actually say what I am the most fearful of.
Like if I say them out loud then they will come true.
Who wants to wake up next to a clown. Umm, not me!
I know this is totally ridiculous.
I am a christian and I know better than to live in fear.
But trying to articulate this list was harder than I thought.
Hmm, would you buy I am fearful of lists?
No?
Well, okay.
I am not actually fearful of lists.
For the most part you probably know of at least a dozen people who are afraid of the exact same things that I am afraid of.
My list might surprise you.
It surprised me but that's only because I had to actually think about it.
8 fears
1. Heights: which is more truthful to say I am afraid of falling from such high heights.2. Deep water: yet I am totally comfortable on a cruise ship out in the middle of the ocean.
3. My sewing machine: {hides face in hands} No comment.
If you really really want to know, leave a comment below and I will tell you. I promise.
4. Clowns: **shudders** Seriously, they could be evil and we would never know.
5. Itty bitty spiders: Yet, I held a tarantula in my hands and let it walk all over my arm. Amazingly soft little creature and so cool but it was a spider!!
6. elevators: but only when I am pregnant. Delivering one baby trapped inside an elevator was more than enough for one lifetime.
7. Living a christian life and being a lousy mirror.
I want others to see more of him and less of me. I am so thankful that I am a work-in-progress!
8. misplacing my keys, cellphone, wallet. You know.
The normal stuff.
So, are you afraid of sewing machines too?
Or is it just me?
