So, am I missing something here?
I didn't see anything in either of those definition that would classify a chocolate bar as "food"?
A treat sure but, food?
How does a chocolate bar help "maintain life and growth"?
Stretching the truth just a wee bit don't you think?
No wonder people are confused with how to eat healthy!
We can't even figure out what is food and what isn't food.
**shudders** I wonder what else they have on that list that I didn't look at. {gag}
I guess if anything this entire" challenge" will bring awareness to what exactly we are putting into our bodies and if it classifies as food in the first place!
I need to make darn sure my children know the difference.
After all.... You are what you eat!
