10 days ago we started this crazy 10 day real food pledge and I can honestly say I'm not giving up yet! This isn't a "diet".
This is how we are going to be eating from now on.
It' s a lifestyle and with a little planning {actually, it took a lot of planning} I was able to map out a weeks worth of healthy meals that were satisfying, healthy and completely homemade!
We are eating better quality produce and we aren't wasting as much as we have in the past.
Day9
Breakfast: egg white omelet with cheddar & mozzarella cheese strawberry&blueberry
Lunch: roasted cauliflower, chicken nuggets & Cobb salad
Dinner: fend for yourself {flax toast, Greek yogurt with fresh fruit
Day 10 (so far)
Breakfast: Greek yogurt with banana & blueberry & strawberry
Lunch: Havarti grill cheese sandwich on Oat& honey whole wheat bread {yeah, it tastes as weird as it sounded.} Raspberry yogurt and banana
Dinner: vegetarian chili {we added the left over taco meat so, it's not really a vegetarian chili} with home made clover rolls
So good!!
