Breakfast: Greek yogurt with sliced strawberries.
Lunch: French toast with blueberries & sliced bananas
Dinner: Grill Cheese sandwiches with avocado egg salad.
Oh my gosh was that salad ever good.
I think I might be falling in love with an avocado.
That's not weird right?
I mean, 5 days ago I wouldn't pick it out of a salad and now I think it's yummy and am ashamed that I didn't try it sooner.
Wow...didn't see that one coming...
AND, I am ahead of the game.
I tripled the french toast recipe so I have breakfast already figured out.
