{week 2} so far so good.

I had a really hard time yesterday when I skipped my workout.
I'm not sure why I was so worried.
Maybe I was worried that I would loose the drive to work out today.
Who knows what exactly was running through my mind.
But I do know that my body needs 1 day of rest.

Putting myself first is important.
And life throws all sorts of curve balls in my path.
I want a schedule I'm going to be able to keep once summer is here.
So far, it's nap time.
Just starting week 2.
So far so good!
Now I just have to figure out how to get all the rest of it done in 6 days so I can honestly take 1 day and really rest.
Any ideas?
