Comfortable being uncomfortable.

One month down.
Working out an Averaging between 5 & 6 days a week.
Even when I don't want to.
When I would rather fall exhausted into bed and sleep nap but,instead I drag out my yoga mat and press play on the DVD.
It's hard.
But I am worth it.
The results I have seen already are encouragement enough.
I need to make every day count.
Even if that sounds selfish.
I want to learn from past mistakes and commit to the good stuff.
The future I have always wanted.
What does that looks like?
Feeding my family {and myself} healthy whole foods.
Time outside playing enjoying the season we are in.
Taking it one day at a time.
Quiet time with God, my hubby and my kids.
The journey has just started and it's exciting!
