I have the window cracked open so I can enjoy the birds while I search for healthy food options to feed to our growing family this week.
With so many different choices it's easier to get intimidated and stuck in a rut so I am scouring the net for some new stuff. Time to kick it up a notch!
So, usually I plan for 5 nights out of the week with a flex night for either leftovers {if we have any} or dinners out {date night!!}
I also try at least one new recipe each week to enhance my cooking abilities plus I add in one new food that my family has not experienced yet to spice it up a little bit.
Here is what my menu for this week looks {so far}and in no particular order
old fashioned spaghetti meatballs {with bulgur...anyone know what bulgur tastes like?}
super nachos
5 minute arugula salad with grilled chicken sprinkled over top
beer chicken with steamed vegetables with Chile-Lime Butter
Homemade Pizza & Salad {mmm....salad}
Pork Fajitas {trying something new!!}
