Trust me,
Do you know how backwards that feels?
I want instant results....if I can get a cup of coffee in under 3 minutes why can't my abs follow suit?
Because, I am not 16.
My metabolism isn't going haywire and I am no longer a human vacuum.
{Honestly, I miss those days!!}
I have been pregnant 6 times.
My hips spread delivering those little ones so I no longer have a teeny tiny waist.
I'm a little bit frustrated but this technically is day 8 of exercising {two days off}.
I am trying.
Even with having a "forced day off" in the middle of my week I am pushing on.
I am getting comfortable with being uncomfortable.
Even if that means working out at 7:00 at night!
I can not wait to see how I feel/look like in a week.
This.is.harder.than.I.thought.
But, I AM WORTH IT!!
