I blinked.
And an entire month is almost over.
It's been a blur of doctor's visits, kleenex and more sleepless nights than I care to remember.
We have been busy battling mystery fevers, unidentifiable spots, green noses, coughs of all different sounds and vomit.
Too much of that if you ask me.
Its understandable that with children you will have illness.
Especially when you have 2 in elementary school but this has been a little over board.
We are 29 days in but something feels different about today which is laughable in light of the fact that my morning was spent at yet another doctors appointment.
The weather has been so beautiful today.
This morning I had the window open and the chickadees were happily chirping on the fence.
The breeze was light and refreshing...it felt happy outside if that makes any sense.
Our winter wasn't exactly "winter" but spring has arrived.
The lady bugs are emerging from slumber, buds are forming on trees.
If it wasn't so cold on my deck I would already be out there but the sun hasn't melted all the snow from the backyard and it's a little chilly out there.
{I tried,honestly I did}
Other than all that the kids {an myself} have been busy.
Too busy!
We learned this month:
*pants need to be tucked into rubber boots or you will get sores on both of your legs.
*it's okay to want to grow up to be a superhero
*growth spurts come when ever they want regardless of if you are ready for them or not.
*planning your future is better than having it planned for you.
*stools are the fastest way for a baby to get into anything.
*if you can't find it, check the registers. So far we have found an entire package of socks and some long lost toys.
What about you?
What did you learn this month?
